Redstone provides an algorithmic trading platform that allows users to develop, backtest, and trade their strategies all in one place.

6.1. You acknowledge that trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

6.2. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Redstone does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service.

7. Fees and payments

7.1. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Service as outlined in our current pricing structure.

7.2. We reserve the right to modify our fees upon notice to you.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redstone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8.2. In no event shall Redstone's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid Redstone in the last six months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Redstone harmless from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

10.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

10.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
